So what do you think of my new pad? Self-hosted, baby!

I’ve been wanting to give Chez Poulet a total make-over for awhile, but my fear of change – and HTML – held me back.

But when I started running ads (ahem, I know, I said I wouldn’t, but a girl’s gotta eat), I decided that I really needed a three-column format.

I tried to do it myself, and oy! What a mess. Enter my saviour, in the form of Vicki from Swank Web Style.

My architect, builder and interior designer, Vicki created this space for me and helped me get this site off Blogger and onto my very own domain.

I’ve got a little tidying up to do – I’ll be bringing in some of my favorite posts from the old CAC, and I might move the sofa in front of the window – but I have to say, I really love it here.

I’m rolling out the welcome wagon, and I even (well, Vicki did) made cookies to celebrate.
