Margie, I’m sorry you’re having trouble viewing the site properly. Yeah, I feel a little jealous too about reading all the lovely women heading to Blogher. It sounds like such a fun event but if I went, I would likely feel barfy and wouldn’t be able to imbibe in the tasty tasty alcohol.

Wish I could survive by being a writer – coming to terms with the fact that I have recently developed career envy. All of you who survive doing what you love. Well done! I should stop spending so much time following blogs that I enjoy and do some work cause I’m not getting paid for this.

I don’t know what it is about the travelmuse website, but whenever I visit it, the left margin is cut off (and sometimes the right, iirc). It’s hard to read an article when you have to guess about the missing letters or words.

If anyone has any idea what — if anything — I can to to correct this glitch, I’d appreciate it.

FWIW, I’m using IE 6.0.29-something.

I use Firefox at work, but pretty much read C&C and click on travelmuse links from home.

Great post though. I wish I could survive by being a writer – unfortunately I might incur a 95% drop in salary if I attempted it.
