I am thankful for the power of the written word and its ability to provide an outlet, an opportunity for healing, and an escape when desperately needed.

Healthy x 5

And, if I arrive to the restaurant late, Sean knows exactly what to order so that when the waiter walks up and I think I have to order something that will arrive 10 minutes after everyone else eats he says, "We'll have that toasted wheat, turkey club with extra mustard for you in just a minute," and as I go to say something he says,"Here's your lemonade."

My blessing is that the medications I am on all seem to be in sync with each other, giving me many restful and contented days.

That I have my soul mate by my side every day, my family healthy and near me, and wonderful sister-in-laws with beautiful nieces & nephews when I have no sisters of my own, just my wonderful big bro.

I am blessed to have multiple ways to get to work: bike (fun), train (fast), or bus (free). It's awesome to have so many options. I've even worked from home a few times!

My blessing: that my dad taught me lots of mechanical tricks.

This morning my 19-year-old volvo DROPPED THE MUFFLER on the highway. so i duct-taped it back on and drove home with the music on really loud and my sunglasses on to avoid the pointing and staring. sheesh.
